Fall 2017:

Austin Perrin:

Austin is a 22 year old History Major at Radford University. He plans to graduate in spring 2018. He plans on obtaining a masters degree in museum sciences to further his career and education. After graduate school he plans start a career as a museum curator.

Adam Thompson:

Adam is 22 years old and a History Major and Appalachia Studies Minor at Radford University. He is planning to graduate in Spring of 2018. He is currently working at Hungry Mother State Park. His plan immediately after graduation is to work in the Park Ranger Career Development Internships in the Virginia State Park System. The main goal for Adam is to become a Park Ranger in either the Virginia State Park System or the National Park System.

Spring 2017:

Alexander Davis:

Alexander is a 21 years old History major at Radford University. He hopes to graduate and after that to carve out a future as a writer. After graduating from Radford University, he has high hopes of going to graduate school to further his academic career in History.

Jack Blalock:

Jack is a 24 years old History Major at Radford University. He ultimately plans to obtain a Master’s Degree in Library Science. He lives with his fiancée and their house full of pets in Narrows, Virginia.

Taylor Quesenberry:

Taylor is double a major in History and Philosophy & Religious Studies. He will be doing an internship with the Botetourt County Courthouse during the summer of 2017 in order to continue the work of transcribing and preserving the collection. He will be applying to law schools in the fall, with the ultimate goal of working in a law library.

Luke Kelly:

Luke is a History Major at Radford University and a member of the RU Honors Academy. He will be graduating as a Highlander Scholar in May 2017 and plans to pursue a Master’s in Public History.

Megan Maddy:

Megan is graduating this spring with her Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies. She works full time at a Montessori School in Roanoke. Megan has taken this course two semesters in a row because she loves the challenge of deciphering old documents and Dr. Hepburn is the best professor here at Radford.  🙂
